All gas cleaners – except for the container type – are constructed with the so called QSR® (Quick Sludge Removal) system, which makes it possible to clean the tanks for sulphur and gypsum sludge in less than one working day without manual intervention.

In other filter systems, clogging of the filter material will cause prolonged and costly shut downs of production, as manual emptying of the filter is the only option for cleaning.

The QSR® system imposes special requirements on construction of tanks, pipe systems and filter materials. This investment is, however, recouped within short time because of the BioGascleaner’s optimal performance and higher incomes from saving or export of electricity and heat.
